Exchange and Return Policy

Delivery:

Your orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days. When your order is shipped, an information e-mail will be sent to you by us.

Change:

For the products you have purchased from our website https://alposphere.com/ , you can request an exchange for the color, size or the same product within 14 days after your order date.

You can also request an exchange under the same conditions for purchases made from our store.

Due to all products are produced on special order, the customer has the right to make only one change request. Otherwise, a second change request cannot be accepted.

For size / color or model changes, you can send an e-mail with the title "CHANGE REQUEST" to info@alposphere.com or you can contact us via our Whatsapp line at 0531 023 02 04  and submit your change request.

Products that reach us cannot be exchanged without creating the relevant e-mail request / message.

You can send the products you want to exchange with the company code that we will share with you via Yurtiçi Kargo.

You must send the product(s) you have purchased in the packaging in which it was sent to you by us.

Products that have been used, lost their originality, whose labels have been removed, whose accessories or molds have been deformed, and products that have come into contact with materials such as perfume, deodorant, cosmetics, etc. cannot be replaced.

Exchanges of your online orders cannot be chaged in the store.

Return:

We have no return due to all products are custom – made.

The delivery time for orders that are requested to be shipped abroad other than Turkey is 12/14 business days and there is no product exchange or return, including size change, for the relevant orders and sales.
